HND Games Design For Industry Year 2 Subject Specialism

This week, I continued with my research and started to draw concepts of characters. I will probably go through many designs before deciding on the ones I want. I'll choose designs based around different outfits that martial artists wear such as different variations of Gi's. I'm a part of two martial arts clubs so I can gather a lot of real world references. I'll be making the concepts on Adobe Photoshop and will look at both torso clothing and leg clothing because these are very important to martial artists so I will look at lots of different fight clothes looking at styles like Wing Chun, Jiu Jitsu, Kung Fu and MMA. These are also styles i'll look at when I think about what styles of fighting I will do.

This week I finished and submitted my proposal as well as my Gantt chart. This chart will be constantly updated as i reach milestones in my project to better reflect how I've done my work. I also finished my model and added the skeleton. As of this entry, I am ready to start animating and intend to have at least two done in the next week.
